Qualification Route

A precise Level 1 pathway

The recommended route uses four current units from the NCFE Level 1 Award in Personal and Social Development (501/0672/7). Together they total exactly 7 credits and 70 guided learning hours.

VDS Pro does not award the qualification. A school must deliver through an approved centre, which controls assessment, quality assurance, learner registration and claims. Before that agreement is in place, describe the programme as Level 1-aligned.

Eight-Station Delivery

Built for a 16-learner class

Two groups of eight rotate between simulator and taught or workbook activity. Every learner receives the full two guided hours without crowding three people around a station.

One responsible adult supervises throughout. A second adult is recommended for first use, larger groups, high support needs and formal observation.
